I always stay here, For me, its perfect, the location, it is the historical center, plus close to the river, best option for walks and sight seeing, plus, the comfort and cleannness of the rooms, plus good breakfasts and coffee. The veiws from the balcony are magnificent, facing the Armenian church St. Gevorg. Nothing. I like everything here. Especially if you pick a room with balcony, then you have everything )))

Its not 4 star as claimed here. Its like 2-3 star hotel but with excellent location. It might be their policy to cross check the rooms at the check-out but i dont feel it comfortable at all.

The location is excellent — very convenient and close to everything you may need, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. The view from the hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout my visit. They always were ready to assist with any request, making the atmosphere very welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast was also very tasty. It was a perfect way to start the day. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, service, location, and beautiful views. I would happily stay here again in the future. The only downside during my stay was the bathroom. There was an unpleasant smell, and unfortunately the ventilation did not seem to be working. I hope the hotel can improve this issue because overall the experience was good.

This is our 3rd time in this hotel and every time the service was excellent from the reception to the rest of staff, everybody is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and spacious and have everything you might need. The location is great!

Everything was amazing!! The staff, the room, the breakfast , the location. A lot of thanks to Dimitri( manager) , the recieption and the cleaning staff. High recommended! Here you really stay in the heart of Tbilisi and feel its soul.

The atmosphere of the hotel is great. Nice friendly professional staff. Good breakfast, clean, cozy room with a great city view. I was offered an upgrade as my room was not ready early check in. The service is great!

I love absolutely everything about this hotel. Already my 3rd stay here. The location in the historical part of Tbilisi, the rooms (comfort+cleanness), tasty breakfasts, the balcony facing the Armenian church, the hill with traditional Georgian houses, Kura river is in a walkable distance, quite near.

Perfect location and comfortable rooms. The staff were very helpful and polite and a good breakfast was provided. Would definitely stay again! Pillows were a little old and clumped.

Location, breakfast and room all very good. 1. No clocks anywhere - when checked in and mentioned and what time it was, they changed my check-in time. Not a big problem but they did not tell me I had the wrong time (1 hour ahead of Istanbul) so I went to sleep and arrived at my tour meeting point 1 hour late. This ended up a total loss so did not get to see much outside Tbilisi. 2. Airport bus Avlabari stop was not announced so we missed it making for a very difficult walk if you have roller luggage. 3. Many businesses spoke Russian but no English which is understandable due to the preponderance of Russian tourists.
