I chose to pay at Hotel and I was charged the night before, worst hotel I have ever stayed at Room was supposed to be ready at 3 and still waiting at 4 and not ready, Disgusting dirty room towels were used no soap horrible place wish I could get a refund

Room smelled bad. Hair was in tub air conditioner was off when we arrived took a while to cool. I have stayed here before not sure what happened.

Not expecting it to be this bad, as it sits right in the heart of old town. Very disappointed with my stay & rude management.

The room was disgusting looked nothing like the pictures. I would’ve spent the extra money to go to a hotel farther out. If that was the case it was a complete catfish. The headboard was painted with black cheap paint and you could see the chip would’ve threw it the blanket if there was maybe bedbugs I’m terrified now that I stood there realizing the stains only the next morning I want my money back!!! would never stay there again, even if I was belligerently intoxicated.

What I liked was it was right on old Town area. What I didn't like was no conditioner,tissue paper and no body wash. Sheets had holes and stains on them.

Young kid who works here is very efficient and wants to help, considering most people his age he is a very well rounded citizen. He deserves a raise. Always happy to see him when we stay here
