It was very clean and quiet

The pictures on the website are quite different than the actual hotel. It’s clear the hotel used AI to generate their pictures. Overall the room was clean but it was extremely overpriced. They ran out of towels which was surprising. At least they had an ice machine. I’m confused on how this hotel has a 9.4 rating on Expedia. Again, not what was shown in pictures and overpriced. .

The property had a black out ( no energy) and did not let us know until we get to the check in . Very unprofessional , lack of communication and very little help . Had a hard time getting refund .

The property is very nice, very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable & the pillows are soft and comfy. The best part about it is the rooms are very affordable!!! I stay here with my special needs son when he needs to go to the doctor & everybody is nice & polite. The quests always seem to be pleasant people as well. I love staying here!!!!

The location. The front staff was great. Two women one checked us in and the other check this out and they were both really helpful. However when we went into the room one of the beds look like somebody had laid on it. I went to the front desk and mentioned it to the woman that checked us in and she looked over to the man that was there. He went to look and said that it was fine that nobody had been there. That made me feel very uneasy. I didn't want it to become an issue so I let it go. Later when I got close to the TV, that area was very sticky. Looks like previous guest had spilled something and was never cleaned. Every time we walked around it was extremely sticky from that area. Again I didn't say anything because I felt it would be ignored or minimize. I also saw a crumb on one of the beds so they didn't make the beds very well. I just did my best to get through it since it was an overnight trip and leaving in the morning.
