The place was out of the way making it nice and relaxing, the property was beautiful and the staff were very nice.

Very welcoming staff. The stay was actually practical for travelling around. Room was spacious and comfortable. Pools could’ve been cleaner. With the room walls being all glass it tended to get very hot during the day .

Very spacious room with airconditioning. Quiet surroundings. Nice beds. Well maintained property, clearly contrasting the surrounding area. Covid hit the area hard and didn’t miss the property. The owners deserve our support to get fully back on track.

Modest breakfast but nice service The location is a but tricky: there is no possibility to prepare food by yourself and the nearest restaurant is kilometres away. But when we arrived Daniela helped us to order pizza which was super.

Beautiful, relaxing settings - the gardens are very well kept and lovely views. Swimming pools are amazing!! And then the wonderful, caring staff made it a fantastic stay. Dani and her team are authentically friendly and were so responsive on checking if we are okay. They changed the usual italian breakfast to provide my nephews with boiled eggs (which they love) Our rental car had an accident and they were are so helpful. Alessandro lifting us to Pompei and to the station, even though he already had so many errands to do, he fitted this in with a smile and so cheerful. We are very grateful for a lovely stay. Room interior is a bare. No coffee machine or facilities and plastic couches felt a bit cheap. Air conditioner is old and loud and we were asked to keep it on rather than turning off/on so it’s quite loud when trying to sleep (but it works so that’s a fair balance!)

The property was super clean and comfortable for our family of 3 The rooms are very spacious The gardens are beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside in the morning sunshine with our coffee. Even in December ? The tv was good we used YouTube for everything, sky news etc in English Plenty of clean towels and the fridge was handy too It’s useful to have/hire a car to get around. It’s in a good location for exploring this area. Salerno, Caserta, Amalfi Coast and Pompei to name a few Nothing

The place was easy enough to find. They have free parking for cars. Breakfast was small but fresh and tasty. It's pretty quiet at night time so I could sleep nice. The rooms are inside a wedding/event venue that works mainly in the summer time. First, the cleanliness, wasn't the best. It looks nice in pictures but the toilet, the shower, the floor weren't that clean which kind of made us not like the room. The toilet seat was broken. The beds and sheets were clean and nice. They have too much smell in the hall of the rooms, it doesn't go inside the rooms but still.

Eleanora was so helpful and the room was very clean. The parking was secure and the service was good. We were served breakfast in the morning where hot milk, hot water, hot coffee and pastries were provided. Surrounding ambience was beautiful, and is a short drive from Pompeii. Will come back again for the next trip. Thank you!

The view of the mountain Vesuvius Two big problems here 1. The construction of the house and few other rooms is dangerous. There was rain and two times the house was flooded with water. Also the electricity was in the water. That makes it dangerous and uncomfortable. Last day we moved to a cheaper smelly room 2. The garden is lightened like a football field. There are heavy big lights that does not make your room dark at night. We did not sleep well for 3 nights. All this trouble and one night in a cheaper rom was not a reason for the owner to compensate. Satisfied guests are not so important. Better stay away there.

Friendly service. Beautiful, peaceful setting. One of us was a little cold at night, and couldn't find a spare blanket.

Quiet, out of the busy city. Danielle was lovely. Couldn’t use the pool due to a function in the garden. Bathroom was not particularly clean.

Clean rooms, comfortable mattresses, very friendly service, good coffee and breakfast overall was very nice in the lovely garden. No blanket for the bed: 2 of our 5 were slightly cold. We would have preferred fresh orange juice - we don't drink the juice drink that is served as it contains added sugar.

Lovely breakfast served each morning in the garden, and two small swimming pools which were great to cool off in after a day walking round Pompeii.

The area of the hotel seems a bit dodgy with trash absolutely everywhere. The place was quite dated in general, especially the pool and fountain areas. There was no one there to check us in initially and in general there doesn’t seem to be anyone on the property if something were to happen our immediate assistance was needed.

Excellent WiFi, so great when travelling with teenagers. Very clean.

A great location away from the crowds with relaxing garden and swimming pools. Breakfast in the garden was copious and well made. Rooms were modern with air conditioning and comfortable. There is nowhere on site to purchase supplies or food items so one needs to go out for supplies and meals other than breakfast.
