The Penthouse

Modern clean spacious with nice window view Dark! Complicated challenging entry system, very very confusing but eventually we figured it out. Not the best area but it is actually safe. Just a few steps away from the old train station and a row of inexpensive Asian restaurants (Chinese, Malaysian, Thai ). It’s quite a hike from the nice part of The Hague. That said, it’s still a very nice spacious apartment in a professional office tower.

Missed an extra set of bathtowels

Close to tram It smelled like cigarette smoke and when I tried to complain they finally emailed me that I could look at another room so I said yes I want to and they never responded back. Towels were awful. Thin and falling apart. Spots on couch. Cigarette butts on floor all around the elevator and even shady looking guys hanging out by the elevator on top floor. Probably waiting for me to go down elevator so they could smoke again. Dirty dirty dirty

The kitchen was also very well appointed, with a nice selection of dishes, glasses, etc. Perfect for a long stay. The toilet location was weird. Completely separate from the shower, and in a room right next to the entrance. Is this normal in Den Haag?

The apartment was spacious with a washer & dryer. Unfortunately, we had to buy our own soap. The view was beautiful but very bright because of sun exposure. We did not like the restrictive access. When we made the reservation they said they would store the luggage & upon our arrival they said they would not. There was no physical person to reach, all communication was by phone , or text message so we found this to be impersonal. The entry instructions were by cell phone, & not clear & communication was difficult.

The view from the 29th floor was fantastic. Plenty of space in the room. Well equipped kitchen. Good access to trams as it is 5 minutes walk to the train station. The mattress is too soft and makes some noise. For a stay of 10 days there should be some cleaning included in the price instead of an extra charge of 35 euros per cleaning.

The view on 30th floor was amazing. It was located near the train/tram station and close to restaurants and convenient shops. Unit 735 was a bit dusty and did not look well prepared for the next tenant when we checked-in. The toilet ventilator fan hole was dusty. The bread toaster was dirty. The fridge had some smell. Unit 736 was also a bit dusty, at the curtain area. The beds were worn out and sunken, needed to be replaced. Bedsheet had some stain. The microwave was dirty. The shower head had marking. Both rooms’ digital keys did not work well and we had to request for physical keys.

Great apartment located close to train and grocery stores. Apartment was large, very clean and contained all the essentials for cooking. Wonderful view.

Loved this appartments was spacious and clean and exceeded our expectations. Good value for money and an amazing view of the city. Also enjoyed the contactless check in and property access process. Seamless, we will be back again Nothing to mention, only that we couldn’t stay longer

Good location, very spacious, outstanding view Not really suited for a 1 night stay for Business. Biggest downside are the lack of possibilities for a drink, and breakfast.
