Central. Tram stops just outside the door to get to the beach, across the road to get to the central station. And right onto the main shopping streets through the garden All good.

VOCO is always a wonderful location for business travel. The location, walkable areas for food, drinks or dinner meetings, and the quietness around the hotel are always appreciated. Even though this was one night, it wasn't my first nor last time staying at VOCO and I will be back in the future. No complaints at all.

Super Location, beautiful Hotel, very nice breakfast Shampoo, Hair conditioner, Hand/Body wash, Body Lotion, hair dryer, coffee Automat. So all you need as well as bathrobe and slippers on request are available Very bad conditioning system, it was hot outside, so open window didn’t help. Last year there war no issue with AC, but this year it seemed to be turned off. Only in common areas was bearable.

The location was good, the building was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. The listing claims there is AC in the rooms, but you cannot control the temperature. The room was too warm, and it was actually more pleasant outside than inside the hotel. The breakfast was very simple and many items were running out, probably because it was so crowded that morning. I would not stay here again in the summer

The staff, cleanliness, atmosphere was welcoming, rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was outstanding. Room lighting was inadequate. Not enough drawers for clothing in the room. There was one tiny drawer that is not even enought for one person. For two people, it was definitely not enough at all.

Location, size of the bedroom and cleanliness Untrained staff at reception failing to take city taxes and card authorisation which lead to being chased twice for payment for our 3 night stay. A simple message and sorting at check out would have improve the customer service rather than feeling like we were trying to scam the hotel because of their own error
