Erg centraal gelegen en echt naast paleis noordeinde. Vriendelijk personeel en het ontbijt was ook super! Je kon zelfs nog warme dingen bestellen zoals roerei omelet en zelfs eggs benedict. Het is ook echt een heel mooi hotel Bedden lagen oprecht erg lekker maar omdat het een kamer was met 2 aparte bedden verschoven de bedden wel erg snel

The location is very good. The restaurant is very pleasant . The breakfast is very good. One small bottle of water was available in the fridge of the room. I was surprised the hotel was so old and with carpets. My lamp on the bedside table did not work. The lobby was small and very old.

This is without doubt one of the most fabulous hotel stays. I’ve had in a long time. Superb building amazing food incredible staff and location just a few metres from the palace. I would return here any day and highly recommend it to take a look at the vault bar in the basement. It’s incredible as was the incredible breakfast and lunch they served Nothing

Good bed and a very nice breakfast. The service outside on the terrace was slow. It took a while before someone came to our table to take our order. The olives we ordered with the drinks came long after we finished our drinks.

Very nice location, building and styling. We needed to wait more than an hour, after 3pm, to get access to our room (cleaning staff changed and was not ready in time). We were offered a free soft drink. Nice gesture. But waiting so long while you’ve other things planned is not nice.

Location House keeping were not prompt in cleaning my room despite my continuous reminders , always late even when coming back at 4 pm the room is not cleaned . I was here on a long stay

Fantastic location right in the centre so easy to walk to most museums. Lots of nice restaurants nearby though the hotel provided a good breakfast. I could lie in bed and look into the courtyard of the Dutch equivalent of Buckingham Palace ! The reception staff particularly Jamie and Kaemon were super friendly and helpful Unfortunately the housekeeping staff were not outstanding. Our room was a bit dusty and the daily clean and top up of tea etc. was erratic

Situated right in the heart of Den Haag, this was a well presented hotel which proved to be excellent value for money. The staff really were exceptional and I don’t say this lightly, they couldn’t do enough for us!
