Very central location, quiet street but at the same time with some choices of restaurants and bars . Nothing to say. All was correct and made my stay in The Hague even more pleasant.

I loved the location. I also liked the asthetics of the hotel (lobby, bar area, staircase) a lot. Check-out until 12 was also a nice option. The room did not feel very comfortable. There was some sort of smell that did not go away, and some parts of the room have clearly not been cleaned in a while (dead bugs behind/under the bed, for example).

Good location, nice lobby and good coffee in the room. The single room felt like an average dorm room. It was really dated and noisy. I would not book it again.

I booked this hotel for €132, which was agreed to be the total price including taxes. However, upon arrival, I was asked to pay an additional €40 deposit, and at checkout, another €13 was charged as a tax. The hotel itself is below average, and unfortunately, the way they handled the additional charges was neither clear nor transparent. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel. The service, the overall quality, and especially the way the extra charges were handled were disappointing

L'architecture de l'hôtel est remarquable. L'escalier principal semble être l'un des escaliers peints par Escher. L'hôtel offre la possibilité d'annuler le service de ménage quotidien dans la chambre, et offre une boisson au choix aux personnes qui l'annulent. Dans la réception il y a des fruits et de l'eau au citron et à la menthe à libre disposition des visiteurs. Lorsqu'on veut annuler le service de ménage dans la chambre le jour même, on ne peut pas utiliser l'outil en ligne, il faut le faire au comptoir. Ceci devrait au moins être annoncé aux visiteurs.
