The location was great very close to a nice park and canal. Also, the tram station was nearby. The beds were nice and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The room had coffee maker. We were given a room in the 3rd floor and the elevator goes to 2nd floor only. It was a bit challenging to move the luggage up 1 floor. The AC was above the second bed and the air flow was getting felt on the second bed.

The staff was super. The elevator was a bonus. Bus and trams very close by! I wish the property had ice machine for our use! A fridge would help, but my med freezer pack was put in kitchen freezer as required!

For people needing elevators: make sure you do not stay on the third floor (attic). The elevator only goes to the second level. Not a problem for me (I'm Dutch without walking issues) but good to know if you have problems walking up. Can't make tea. They give you only one coffee capsule.

The hotel looks like it was converted from a typical Dutch style home which gives it quite an appeal. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a small park and pond across the road. The tram to downtown, the central train station or to the beach is a short 5-10 minute walk away and the tram passes often. The breakfast was hearty, plentiful and tasty. The staff was accommodating in keeping my luggage between check-in and after check-out. My room was fairly large by European standards and my bed comfortable. It would have been helpful to have a mini- fridge but I did not ask for it. While my bed was comfortable, it was quite high off the ground.

The first room we were given was on the 3rd floor, lift only goes to the 2nd and my wife has dificulty with stairs. It was also a little small due to the slanted roof. When I asked if we could change the room the staff immediately offered me a room on the ground floor which was also a little bigger. This is our second time in this hotel. It is well located and reasonably priced in what is a very expensive city. The bathroom was small, the toilet was very close to the wall, so not very comfy. The pillows aere very small, about the size of your head!

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant place to stay!

All was wonderful, clean room and tower, I want to congratulate the girl who took care of cleaning the room 112, it was excepțional.

Everything was very good, the location, room, staff. I just thought they could have a good regular lunch option, even it is a small menu should be a good to have.
