The studio was very spacious, cozy, and stylish. The bathrooms and kitchen were modern and well-equipped. Check-in was entirely automated. There were no extra blankets for the couch.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The windows couldn't be opened or closed properly, so there was no fresh air in the room. It was also very noisy because you could hear everything from the street.

Old building with nice old characteristics, the room had a high ceiling and was spacious. All fresh and clean and new like the bathroom tilling etc. Coffee and tea maker in the room. However the effort of sunscreens, the room was terribly hot and the small floor cooling fan (with timer!) did little to help that. Each time we thought the temp was getting better the timer stopped the fan

Despite a small issue during our stay, the hotel handled it exceptionally well, even following up with a call, an apology, and a one-night refund. The location and hotel vibes are great, and their kindness and professionalism truly stand out. Their behavior reflects the warmth and fairness the Dutch people are known for — an easy 10/10.

From the very beginning, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and spoke excellent English. The room itself was amazing—clean, comfortable, and with a great shower. The location is perfect: just a short walk to the city centre, while still offering parking right in front of the hotel with a reservation.

Parking was important so paid extra to park on site. Spacious and clean. We had the front room which was noisy with trams and traffic outside.

Central, clean and what you see is what you get. It was perfect, except I was a bit cold. So next time I’ll ask for more heating.
