I like the most the room ,and the attitude of the host ! All personal are teached well and are very respectful! The water in the pool was to cold for my taste and also I think in the room can be bit more tiddy! But in rest all was so good!

The spa was welcoming and the staff were friendly. The staff at the desk were very welcoming. Breakfast was good and had various options. There was not enough staff working at the bar/restaurant which led to delays in service, otherwise friendly and helpful.

The gym, pool and saunas are a real luxury. The rooms and areas are clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The balcony was very nice to sit outside at the end of the day. The hotel felt a little dated for the price. The towels are thin and could use replacing. The bathroom toiletries were basic for this hotel. Updating the towels and the toiletries would go a long way in comfort.

This is a very well run hotel and we found nearly everything about it comfortable and good. The staff were all friendly yet professional. It’s in a nice green location and the walk into the city is pleasant. The only issue we had was that the cannabis being smoked on the balcony next to ours filled our balcony and room with an unpleasant smell. I guess it’s lawful but it’s worth bearing in mind as a downside to a room with a balcony!
