Hotel very clean and very conveniently located close to the train station. Breakfast is very good too !

Decent hotel right near The Hague Central Station and close to the city centre. The room was clean and the air conditioning was a godsend. There was a handy ironing room and lockers for left luggage on departure. The bar was a nice place to sit and have a beer. The lack of hanging space was a problem, although the ironing facilities did mitigate this a little.

We booked a family room specifically advertised with a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was simply not there, leaving my family with only ONE bed for the night. The hotel refused a refund or any reasonable solution and then blamed us because I had accidentally selected 2 adults when making the booking. Their response was rude and completely unacceptable. If the room is advertised with sleeping facilities, those facilities should actually be provided. Very poor service, misleading information, and an appalling attitude toward guests. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is my fifth or sixth time at Moxy The Hague. (for visisting customers). I typically like the central location, for a good price. Comfy beds (which is important to me) and in general a nice cosy hotel. Close to all kinds of restaurants and a Albert Heijn just at 50 meters. The staff only speaks english... even small standard sentences are too much asked appearantly, which I find annoying. And this time the showerhead wasn't able to point down (but these are small things)

Location and staff for the most part. Check out was at 12.00pm but house keeping were repeatedly knocking on the door from 9.30am onwards. We were leaving early as it happens but I found this frustrating as i explained I would be checking out at 10:00am but house keeping still proceeded to knock on the door and asked me to check out. If you want people out earlier then don't state that check out is 12.00pm.
