The location is great and very close to the train station. It was clean and comfortable. Our room was a bit odd in that it had a large transparent dome on the ceiling but no window in the room. If you want to sleep in past sunrise, it will wake you. There was a window in the bathroom.

Great location, good value. Rooms are unique. Reception friendly. Bed was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Reception was closed most of the time. No TV, no bed side lamps, room had a peculiar smell. No place to sit comfortably.

No windows in our room. The air got stuffy. Cheap toiletries, combined body wash/ shampoo. Room set up felt awkward.

The rooms were very spacious, very high ceilings. The water was hot and I had a small soaking tub. There were two beds and a sitting room in our suite with a small refrigerator. The staff member who checked us in was very sweet and accommodating. The hotel was quiet. The location is excellent, right at the start of the market streets, food, shopping and very close to the tram. Keys are provided by WhatsApp. The check in at 3 was delayed because our room was not cleaned. We arrived early, no staff present. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our bags in the open hall. At 3, the staff arrived and checked us in. Our room was not fully cleaned with beds unmade and a dirty bathroom. She was very sweet and apologetic, offered us a hot beverage and another room. The room smelled like tobacco, she was able to get the housekeeping back to clean the room we had originally booked. An hour later we had a nice room, she offered a discount for the trouble. Also worth mentioning, when the tub drains you can smell the sewer, and here it clicking in the sink. On check out I asked if we could have some coffee. I would have been willing to pay for the coffee but a different girl didnt seem to want to offer anything exept the excuse that it was broken. If you prefer hotel service with an open front desk, coffee and beverages, you might book the hotel next door, otherwise if you want to be left alone and location is everything, this may work for you. I hate to be critical but having worked in the service/hotel industry, this was comfortable enough but lacking on service.

Lovely classic place, high ceilings, good shower, nice bath, great mattrass, pillows, all good for a reasonable price, great location at the city centre, girlfriend loved it too so top score hehe I really could not tell, haven't tried the telly

Big room. Excellent location. Clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom door was skewed so it couldn’t close. Safety deposit box was broken and they said they’ll get it fixed but did not.

Location Location close to Central Train Station Stairs up to the 3rd Floor Room was cold, thermostat did not work, radiators turned off. Front desk attended only between 3-8 pm

The location is good The elevator only goes up to the second floor and my bedroom was on the 3rd floor, meaning I had to carry my luggage up the stairs!!! The check in process and the way the locks are set up is also not convenient, because it relies on you having a phone number or internet that works in NL.

Old style, classic type of hotel, enjoyed the high ceilings. Great front desk experience. It was a bit cold at the beginning of October, we tried to switch on the radiators but they didn't work. The bathroom was cold as well and the hot water took some time.

It wasn't easy to contact the staff of the hotel when I needed to solve problems with the update in my reservation.

Great location. Beautiful room. Comfortable bed. Clean As other reviews note, it smells slightly like sewage. The scent came in during the night. This is not normal and they clearly have some drain/ pipe issue. Less importantly, low water pressure.
