Beautiful historic property with an amazing staff!

Great hotel in a great location in Thermopolis, we'd definitely stay there again. Super friendly reception staff provided good dining recommendations in town.

AC was a stand up unit with a hose running outside. Pool was out of order. Mineral hot pool was dirty. Property needs a facelift and doors shut hard and it’s loud.

The cleaning (the room was dirty) and the noise (unfortunately, we were waken up by neighbors at 4am as they chose to watch tv very early)

Cute historic hotel. There were great points about the hotel: location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. There were also some not so great: the air conditioning is a portable air conditioner, which worked well it was just loud. The ice machine was out of order, the pool was out of order, and there were not any forks either day at breakfast. I would probably stay there again because I really like the location and the staff.

Location was in park. Nice old hotel. the pool wasn't working and no compensation offered. Poor breakfast for.a.Best Western Plus.

Darla at front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was well maintained and clean, save for a good amount of dog fur from previous guest. Hot tub with mineral water was awesome, super convenient to have it right there. Breakfast was adequate, eggs pretty watery and coffee machine leaves much to be desired. Would recommend and would stay again!

It was over 100 degrees, I had booked this property because it had a mineral spring fed pool and hot tub. The hot tub worked but it was much too hot to sit in it I then asked where the ice machine was and was informed “it’s broken” I asked about ice and was told they weren’t sure “how the manager was handling it”. He was not. Terrible representation of the hotel, on a steamy July day with no solution being sought.

off by 3am. The swimming pool was closed for repairs, perhaps the whole summer, and it seemed the least of their concerns. Oh ya, the ice maker didn’t work, and we needed to remake the bed.. On the positive side, the receptionist was friendly under trying circumstances and the bed was comfortable..
