The check in lady was filthy and her fingernails it appeared hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The room had a small what looked like blood stain on one of the sheets, the head boards looked like they had dry rot. The dirty was dirty and the window was dirty. We went down to the check-in and asked for our money back and went to another hotel. She said she gave my my money back on my card and it showed up that she did BUT, the next day it was charged again! How do I get my money back?! This hotel should be condemning!

The lady at the hotel that checked us in had very dirty fingernails and gave us wrong room key- overall check in experience was odd. Breakfast was terrible

The room was decent and I liked that it had bunk beds for the kids. The breakfast was on the lighter side, but it was better than nothing. They had a water station to refill water bottles, but unfortunately the filter status was red.

Had to ask attendant a few times for pool towels. Could never connect to WiFi

The place was disorganized because they are changing ownership soon. The pool had a signed that said the chlorine may change colors. Yep, turned my wife's hair a nice lime green. I do not recommend.

The rooms are updated, bathroom very clean, bedspread with some mild signs of wear, but clean, sheets clean and fresh, no negative odor. Halls, carpet appears dated, dirty, stained, walls and door dinged, scuffs. Staff friendly. The most important part was the rooms and they were totally fine

Preston at the front desk was very helpful, polite, accommodating. Everyone went out of their way to help us at every turn. We had everything we needed, that was offered, expected. We also got a great rate!

We were desperate thinking this would be an ok place to stay but was sketchy with strange people walking around and back door to hotel was unlocked so anyone could come in. Not a good place for families
