Max and all the staff is amazing and very helpful.

No hair dryer was provided. No tissue provided. The secure door lock was broken, no protection.

Worker was very friendly and helpful Room was decently kept just could’ve used a sweep and maybe a mop but other than that it was a relaxing stay!

Very nice and clean. Would have liked a fridge, but got by without one. Dogs were welcome, dog area was small but the dogs didn't seem to care. Felt safe and easy "on and off' the freeway.

Everything was as expected except staff. We extended our stay an extra day and payed in a timely manner was told everything was fine until we tried staying once more and was told they had put us on the DNR list due to late payment.

Staff was very accommodating and room is always clean and meet expectations

Staff was quick and efficient with checking. Room was really clean and bigger than I expected.

Ant infestation and smoke smelling rooms. Dirty towels.

Charge 50$ for a deposit and always had a reason why I couldn't get it back because of towel i used to clean up a full cup of coffee. And also a paw print of dirt. They did year twice. I'm a 64 year veteran. I know that I did a few things wrong also. I think the total amount was around 150$

The service

There was body fluids on the head rest, brown substances on the floor in the bathroom and sticky stuff on the floor. The staff referred us to use Expedia. We used Expedia we verified payment but Expedia did not send notification of payment to property. It took hours to be able to gain acess to the rented room. But first Expedia attempted for us to pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to another hotel and be reimbursed later they also got into a verbal altercation with the property management where both parties were yelling at the other
