Carpet needs to be cleaned

Comfortable bed and pillow, very clean bedroom. Needs a bit upkeep, the chairs outside were full of dust and the tables in the lobby had crumbs from the previous guest. I went there last year and the breakfast was so good, it was still good this time but not as complete as last time. It is advertised as American breakfast but there was no bacon or maple syrup, the chilaquiles sauce was so yummy though.

Excellent location. Comfortable bed! Air conditioning didn't cool the room very well....

Everything is well kept and very clean. All of the workers are really welcoming, friendly, and super helpful. I wish there was a bit more parking, but it’s no big deal! If parking runs low, they offer free valet which is great!

The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and cleaning ladies were very helpful and friendly. The Staff was very knowledgeable, had great suggestions for the local area and places to go. The property is wonderful but there is a lot of construction next to the hotel so it was noisy and hard to relax at times. The Breakfast was ok but not a lot of options. I thought there would be some kind of meat like sausage or bacon or ham slices like at most other Marriot's I've stayed at but this is Mexico so maybe it's just their traditional breakfast is different. Also the fruit options looked rotten and uneatable. By that I mean that it looked like the fruit was cut up and used over several days. The Bananas and mangos or maybe its cantaloupe, were black and brown color and I couldn't tell what the other fruits were because they were so rotten and looked kinda gross. A little disappointed they didn't have creamer to go with the coffee too but at least they had milk. I did enjoy the eggs and beans and chips and they had a tortilla roll with something inside that tasted great. The pancakes were warm and fresh so it wasn't all bad but again, just not a lot of options.
