All is perfect: location, charm, service and cleanliness. Center of Merano is only 5-10 min walk. My room was very charming with a balcony and stunning view of Merano. Breakfast was just fantastic for every taste. Facilities include free parking and sparkling swimming pool. The stuff is super welcoming, special thanks to Tomas.

Good location with beautiful views…walking accessible to Merano and Tirolo. Lovely breakfast ….honor system bar available . Property difficult to find …. Extremely narrow roads to reach property. Glass enclosed bathroom provides no privacy. Room has no coffee maker or refrigerator.

A lovely stay, refreshing pool, beautiful views from the balcony of the city of Meran. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and had plenty to choose from. Host was very friendly and welcoming. City center of Meran was in walking distance from the Hotel.

It's one of the most beautiful places I stood at. Beginning with the kindness of the staff (although I arrived at 11 P.M. !) to the delicious breakfast, fantastic view from the balcony - everything was a blessing! I'm so glad I chose this town and this hotel!!! So, so beautiful!! -

Nice and comfortable room, friendly staff, availability of parking, nice and quiet location with wonderful view of Merano. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Will recommend without any hesitation. Everything was great, no negative points. Just as a way to improve it would be nice to have some English language TV channels. And better privacy in the bathroom would be nice - the panels are made mostly from glass, that is fine for couples but may not be enough if two other family members share the room, like it was in our case.
