Staff were kind and accommodating. Old ancient hotel that is extremely dusty and in need of a renovation. Rooms are so tiny. Single room advertised for two people was absolutely not big enough. Only reason we did not switch hotels was because there was no availability elsewhere. Cabinets literally falling off and window not closed when we got to the room!

Room was 250sq/ft 30 sq. Ft. Smaller than listed but big for Tokyo. Breakfast was more than bread with cereal and orange juice. Great location. Hallways and elevators were not clean. Below standards fortunately the room was clean/

We did not stay the rooms were not very clean. Peeling wallpaper and dirty carpet. Cleanliness

Staff was nice and welcoming. When we first went into our hotel room there was mold on the shower curtains,In the shower, And on/surrounding the air vents in the room. We told the front desk about this and showed him pictures for proof and was so understanding about our concerns,He then upgraded our room to one of the suites free of charge.

Breakfast was simple but tasty. And great to have while I was sick and had to saty in the hotel!

Very poorly maintained. There were brown stains on the carpet and white stains on the bedspread. Room had a bleachy smell to it, like a dank bathroom. Wall had some paper ripping up, and there were significant scuffs on much of the furniture.

Location The rooms really small, the hotel was dirty, there was a lot of humidity. We ask for the cancellation and the hotel charge us one of the four total nights

Location is just perfect and the staff is super nice- a big thank you to Yuriko who helped me arrange for ,y ride back to the airport. There are a lot of reasonable places to eat and very active night life mostly locals not just tourists. I loved it. Another advantage is that you can walk to the limousine airport bus stop that takes you to Narita airport. If I return I think I will still stay at this hotel. Arigato Granbell I don’t eat a big breakfast and don’t hang around the lobby….if these two factors are important to you …this is not a good hotel for you.

Vacuuming and surface cleaning of furniture is not done. It is obvious from the marks and stains on dark surfaces and hair on carpets and dirty corners. Breakfast can be better for sure with some proper hot options.
