There was nothing I didn't like. Very great experience!

Decent hotel near some main train lines and popular Tokyo attractions. Room for two adults and one kid fit us because we didn't plan on staying in the room a lot. Area is better for nightlife, which wasn't our style this trip
-
I enjoyed the location as it was close to public transportation, which made it easy to travel to different locations. I didn’t like how I booked the Grand Hotel and got the “Vintage Hotel”, it’s the location across the street. Also, the lobby smelled of sewage and the times they cleaned the room, they didn’t clean it well (there was trash on the floor from the person that previously stayed) or provide fresh robes (weren’t folded either and just in a pile on the bed).

Ease of check in. So glad there was a elevated. Room was smaller than expected.

The location was great. Rooms were a bit tiny

Nothing

The hotel staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. It is located just a short walk from the Akasaka-mitsuke Station, making it very easy to access multiple metro lines. Additionally, the housekeeping team did a wonderful job, and we always returned to a perfectly clean room. The room did not come equipped with a microwave, and the hotel has a limited number of washer and dryer units.

Everything was great. Location is totally perfect for going any famous spots in Tokyo. Staff was very helpful and can speck English really well. Facilities and the rooms are very convenient.
-
There is a 7/11 right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. TV works great, beds are comfy, comes with a mini fridge. Bidet in bathroom. Nothing
-
I like its location and the vibe. the shower water pressure and temperature is unstable, which did not improve despite talking to staff twice.
-
Great location. Nearby metro station allows to travel most of the tourist attractions with only one train. Price is good compared to similar hotels. Front desk staff is nice and trying their best to help. Small room, no storage space, like a closet or anything, for belongings. Small windows, hence rooms are dark even in the middle of a shiny day.
-
Great Location , Close to Subway station, lots of restaurants around , 7-11 close. nice and quick responsiveness Staff.
-
They charged us for 16000 yen for each semi double to give us a double room that its french bed was only 20cm wider. I think you should write single instead of semi double for the type of room.
-
The location was good. The rooms were not as depicted on the photos The rooms were way smaller than expected and the original room was hard to breathe as it was a smoking allowed room
-
Straightforward, generally fine, affordable Area is a bit loud at night, trade off with being so close to the train station. Might be an issue if you are there for non-vacation or are sensitive to night time noise.
-
The staff was very kind and the rooms were clean. The room was bigger than other hotels I saw in Tokyo.
-
The location A little small but has the necessary
-
The beds are rock hard & the pillows were awful.
-
The cleanliness and outdated facilities
