Beautiful hotel and welcoming staff, breakfast was fab Nothing

Very convenient location. Helpful staff, Neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and nightlife and all conveniences. Didn’t see any other kids in the area or at the hotel; we were traveling with two younger teens.

We had a great stay overall. The accommodation was lovely, the staff were friendly, and everything met our expectations. The only issue we encountered was when requesting a tax invoice. As this was a business trip, we needed an invoice for our records. Booking.com advised that, under their arrangement, the accommodation provider is responsible for issuing the tax invoice, however the hotel declined to provide one. If you're travelling for business or require an invoice for expense claims, it's worth confirming this with the property before you book to avoid any issues.

Very close to the subway station, lots of restaurants and convenient stores near by, wonderful staff The rooms are pretty small which made it difficult to manage our luggage

Staff was friendly, hotel was very clean. Has a modern, stylish vibe and cute amenities (like classes and tours). Bed was very comfortable. Not sure why this is rated a 4 star hotel -- it's clean and stylish but not a high-end experience at all. Also, I asked in the messages if I could have an extra blanket (one night stay), and they replied that it would be an extra $20! Someone walked around the hotel at 11:15 knocking on doors telling people that check-out is at 11, if you stay until 11:30 you will be charged. We were checking out anyway, but I thought that was odd -- tell people the night before (during check-in) what your policies are -- running around knocking on doors doesn't really sound like a "4-star" hotel.

Location is excellent. Stay was friendly and helpful.

Great location, spacious rooms and they had a cute summer event where we can make our own room fragrance. The bath was also fantastic and the hotel gave us free lavender bath salts!
-
Cool modern vibe. ”Breakfast ” - basically a coupen for a very limited selection of alternatives which did not fit me at all. Total waste of extra cost.

Friendly staff, super clean rooms, amazing location, great amenities and recommendations. Larger room than the traditional compact rooms in Tokyo. The headboard on the queen bed was extra padded and ate into some of the bed space. When you are 6’5” this means you loose precious bed space - causing my feet to hang off the bed.

Great location! Staff were welcoming. Really good cafe on the 1st floor with excellent hours. Room was very clean. Laundry on-site. Unable to provide down-free pillows/bedding. Ended up buying a blanket at IKEA and using travel pillows.

The gluten free options were not good. We got sick on the eggs. .

Location was great. Close to train station and in the middle of food and shopping. The lobby is nice, felt safe with the elevator key. The rooms were very nice quality. Great bath/shower area. Room is larger than a lot of comparable hotels. The water station is only on the 4th floor. Not uncommon to have the ice and water on a certain floor though.

Nothing

Hotel is located in a perfect spot to reach any place in the city. The furnishings and other amenities are new and do not have the outdated feeling. Nothing in particular.
-
Perfect place to land if a first time visitor to Tokyo! Everything - the room, staff, services all professionally delivered!
-
Very thoughtfully designed hotel rooms. It's small and I expected it to be "no frills", but the hotel/room had just about everything I needed. Beds were very firm but comfy. The room is very small and there is no place to store your clothing, which led the room getting cluttered easily.

The room was sooooo small

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful. The room and lobby were small. The delicious breakfast was the same every morning.

Could change duration of booking as it’s all automated, so had to pay for an extra night we didn’t use.
