Clean and great location Elevators at times not able to handle the crowd

Cute rooms, good facilities, AC, phone charging slot near the bed so you can relax and charge! Wonderful bathroom. Small space but it is everything you need, very clean and comfortable. Has free water, tea and coffee every day! Good level 2 living space to just sit, eat or plan your day. Has its own laundry! So useful in busy Tokyo when you are traveling light and need to wash stuff regularly. Has a cool big interactive screen (on lvl 2) to tap on interesting places on a map near the hotel. They've thought of everything you could possibly need <3 The elevator. It can't be helped I know! But man that thing is slow. Can be left waiting several minutes sometimes to get in due to it always stopping on the 2nd floor and opening for security reasons, before moving on up to pick you up from one of the 11 floors above lvl 2.

friendly staff, very convenient location and the room has surprisingly everything you need despite a small size. It's very good value for the money you pay. In this hotel there was no mini fridge (unlike Tavinos in Kyoto), and the lobby downstairs was always quite packed.

I liked the ambiance, the concept, the design Room a bit too big I did not realize when booking.

Kids loved the manga theme. Location was great for us for our last night. The rooms are tiny. Crawl into bed but that’s common in Japan I feel.

The location was great If you are traveling with family, don't bother with this hotel. The rooms are very small and the front staff wasn't very knowledgeable nor resourceful on how to transfer bags and provide other utile information that would be expected by tourists.

The laundry machines seems to be a scam. They don't work wel, specially the dryers that don't dry. Go 100m out and do your laundry in a laundromat that works.

Was a great location in the neighborhood. Really close to a convenience store, shopping, sites. Was small but everything we needed. Easy check in and check out. Nothing

There was nothing I didn't like.

Very uncomfortable pillows bedding was itchy and hotel seemed to be too overcrowded especially taking the elevators.

The location was fairly good because it was located right in Asakusa and there was a quiet train station about 10min walk away. The rooms were EXTREMELY tiny. Most other hotels that I stayed at had at least small desks/countertops for you to leave your stuff on but this room was literally just the beds and a TV mounted on a wall. Additionally, our only window was blurred so you couldn't even see out of it.

EVERYTHING. I'm sad we didnt get to stay longer. The room was small but it fit me, my 6ft tall husband and our 5 bags well enough. There was a really good shower, toilet and TV all in there. The location is INCREDIBLE. It is SO close to Senso-ji and a bunch of REALLY good food. The hotel itself offers some cool stuff. Seems like theres a reading corner in the lobby. A self check in and out machine. A money exchange machine. AND drinks and snacks. We missed our flight the next day (and therefore burnt our money) and I was hoping to come back and stay. But sadly the price was just a bit out of budget the second time I tried to book (not that it was expensive. We were just dirt poor after that mishap). Nothing.

If you are booking a stay here, be warned: the rooms are absolutely tiny. But honestly? It ended up being the perfect place to stay for our January trip. What the room lacks in square footage, it more than makes up for in design and location. The bathroom was incredible—taking a hot shower after a cold day of exploring was easily one of my favorite things to do. And yes, the high-tech Japanese toilet is exactly as advertised. It seriously makes you wonder: how are we still just using paper in the US?! Location-wise, you cannot beat this spot. It is a mere 5-minute walk to the stunning Senso-ji Temple and the vibrant Asakusa street market. Most importantly for daily refueling, the holy trinity of Japanese convenience stores—Lawson, FamilyMart, and 7-Eleven—are all right in the vicinity. The room as mentioned was Tiny but I think that is part of the experience when coming to different countries. We ended up really liking the room and will stay again when in Tokyo!

Location was great, has washers and dryers No small refrigerator to keep snacks or drinks, not as clean as last year. Beds are good and hotel lobby is clean.
