The location is perfect. Close to the temple, restaurants, and shopping district.

Wonderful location. Very helpful and kind front desk staff. Super clean and comfortable with wonderful amenities. We especially enjoyed the rooftop lounge at night with awesome views of Skytree and delicious traditional Japanese treats. Highly recommend! Nothing!

Great location! Shops & restaurants were literally around the corner or just a few minutes walk. Breakfast was wonderful! Room was comfortable. Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was a bit outdated.

Nothing to complain about here, but there are nicer hotels at lower prices elsewhere in Tokyo. We stayed in Marunouchi in a more elegant hotel, at a lower price earlier in the trip. Neighborhood is very touristy, the annex seems a little dingy compared to the main hotel.

Excellent location - nice Japanese design for the room - good view and very good breakfast.

Property is nice. Need to read signs as enter meal and lounge rooms re street shoe or slipper wear. Was our first stay upon arrival in country so not used to gathering toothbrush, shampoo etc in lobby area for use in room. Reco coffee lovers get vending machine coffee night before as early morning coffee tricky to find before brekkie.

The room we stayed at was a decent size for 3 people. 2 adults and a teenager, but anything larger than that might have to book a bigger room in this hotel. But honestly, I still love the room.

The location is really strategic. Next to OK supermarket, really near asukusa’s busy area. Its our preference but the bed is too soft
