We had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. Since my mother is a stroke survivor, we were kindly upgraded to an accessible room, which was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. It made a huge difference for our family and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. They were especially attentive during breakfast, always helping my parents and making sure they were comfortable. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel very welcome. The level of service exceeded our expectations, and it was clear that every staff member truly cared about their guests. We are sincerely grateful for the wonderful hospitality and highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with elderly guests or anyone who needs accessible accommodations. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff seemed a little indifferent. Not rude, but not very warm and welcoming. Room felt damp. Its a small space.
-
the room is very quiet and cute and the location it is just small but almost all hotels in Japan are small - this was actually larger than some of the others I stayed
-
Very small room, we did not even had space to open our luggage
-
Clean room and an ideal location in Asakusa. Perfect for a home base for work or travel, and a decent size for a room in Tokyo.
-
Great location. Near train and tourist attractions. The bed was hard
-
Great location. Large rooms for Japan. Great staff that was really friendly and helpful. Very clean location and had everything we needed.
-
Small rooms, no breakfast or a lot of amenities but very good value

Staff was very helpful especially with the luggage delivery. Such a relief they were so helpful, an example that hasnt held up elsewhere. Facilities were easily available and the staff, from gront desk to housekeeping were vey helpful. The walls were filled with scuff and shoe marks up to the tv, the tv was at shoulder height in a very tight room meaning we hit it frequently. The matt flooring around the sink and bathroom area had white specks throughout, i imagine from toothpast or something from preceding tenants. The surfaces were all clean the mattress and linens as well. But general cleanliness was a bit compromised.

Bed felt like a rock. Walls and carpet were scuffed and dirty. Tons of retirees/tourists crowding the lobby and coffee machine every single morning. If you want to be in an authentic Tokyo neighborhood or be around Japanese people, don't stay here.

i booked for weekday which price a lot cheaper than the others nearby, with this value, it's so worth, very close by the sightseeing area. just the subway you will have to walk a bit far to get there, but all are manageable. if you riding subway over, be prepared for a walk and have to look for the right exit so you can get an elevator for the luggage, otherwise you will have to hand carry that up to the street level.
-
The staff was really nice and it was easy to check in and check out. The walls in the room were really dirty and the bed not really comfortable.

Location, clean

The location of the hotel is the best things we like. The breakfast was good Staff were helpful The rooms were a bit small even if you book the largest room it’s not that big There is no wardrobe so i recommend not to take large luggage with you if you book this hotel.
