I forgot valuables in my room, and they retrieved them for me even two days after my stay. Really fantastic service!

The rooms were spacious and nice. Location was perfect !!! The breakfast that we paid extra for wasn't great at all. We stayed 6 days and tried the breakfast on the first day and didn't return, that was money wasted.

I like the cleanliness, the proximity to attractions, the helpful staffs. Will definitely recommend the place. Tight space, this is justified for tokyo.

Room was very quite and dark. Fantastic for sleeping. Room was so tiny that two people cannot pass and that not one suitcase can be open. There is no place to leave clothes/shoes etc.

The breakfast was excellent. Great location. The room was very small but the beds were comfortable. Appreciated that the room was cleaned during our 2 night stay.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and nicely maintained. There is laundry available near the lobby and the staff was very friendly. The only downside for me was that the room was quite small, making it a bit cramped with a larger suitcase.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, very good breakfast and great location. Beds are a little too hard and the rooms are small.

The bed blocked my access to the table and window. No room for your suitcase or clothes and had to work out of the bags

Great for 1 night in Tokyo before moving on to other places. Our room was clean and the breakfast was good. The room was VERY small. There was no room for a suitcase let alone 2 as it was me and my husband.
