HOTEL TAVINOS Hamamatsucho

Easy access from Hamamatsucho monorail and Haneda Hamamatsucho JR station was also convenient (but not for luggage or wheelchair elevator access) Family Mart convenience store and Sukiya gyudon restaurant were close by. Whimsical artwork (walls, carpet) was attractive. Price was reasonable, will consider staying there again. Room air conditioning did not cool things down enough, the hallway was nice and cool but the room itself not so much. WiFi speed was slow. Free breakfast was meager. No window views.

The skipping of room cleaning

Super close to train stations and there is a convenience store right next to the hotel The rooms are too small and there is no way to adjust the lighting when you turn it on.

Super convenient location that is near many train lines, convenience stores, and restaurants. Room was a bit small but the bed was large!

Room size for the price. The sink space was too narrow. No basic amenities like tissues or instant coffee.

The location is right next to the Yurikamome Station

It had a nice outdoor porch. Would have been nice to have mini fridge in rooms. The beds were not very comfortable. There was construction and one night it smelt like burnt plastic the whole night. Everything is carpet which is weird when you don’t have to take your shoes off- it just felt dirty. Harder to move your rolling luggage on the carpet. The system for locking up your luggage is frustrating. There should be a system in place for people who don’t have physical IC cards to be able to use all the lockers.

Surprise was the breakfast, but don't expect much. The room was quiet with closed window, otherwise construction and City noise. They also work on weekends! Cancelled the last night, total price went up. Makes sense right? One night less for a bit more. Mould here and there. Bathroom tap almost falling off.

I liked the fact that the train station was connected to the hotel building also a family mart convenient store was down the first floor. The room view was pretty too. This hotel is for backpackers or solo travelers, i went with my girlfriend and we were not ready for this type of accommodation. The room was small, the bed was a big table with 2 full size mattresses, we couldn't even sleep on the same mattress. Bathroom was ok and clean, TV was old and not smart app so you cant stream your phone or music or anything. No space to put your belongings, no drawers or even a small fridge. Again, this hotel is NOT for couples.

Great location with easy access to public transportation. The small room had everything that was needed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included, it was minimal. Tiny pastries wrapped in plastic, dried miso soup packets, plus coffee and tea were the only options.

Very helpful staff

The staff was rushed and it wasnt that busy. They were hard to understand, didn't take time explaining facilities, amenities available- like tea and cover are available and laundry. Just pointed to pick up what you needed as part as pajamas and slippers on a wall to grab. Limited selection. The room was tiny. The bed was hard. Geared towards younger crowd. Hard to get around the room and bed.
