Location and staff only. Room was so tiny you can barely move and the furniture was old the bed was not comfortable at all it is a way opposite the pictures.

Smallest hotel I’ve ever stayed in for over 100.00 a night. And I can’t believe there wasn’t a coffee maker downstair In the lobby. That is unacceptable.

The Standard Twin was very very small. Hardly any room to turn.

Used this stay as our first stop after arriving at Haneda airport. Hamamatsucho is the last stop on the monorail from the airport, making it an easy spot after a long travel day and arriving in a new country. Loved having laundry on site and luggage storage. Close walk to the station, Tokyo Tower, and Zojo-ji Temple. Great space for a family of 5. Bathroom was especially nice with extra counter space to spread out toiletries.

Great location and our room was very spacious. Great shower and bathroom! The small twin rooms are very very very small!!!! No room for suitcases.

The staff who was there for check in was so rude, she was not happy with us checking in late (11pm) and was literally ignoring us when we asked for help. The rudest person we’ve met in our whole trip we were really shocked.
