that at least it was clean no staff, it's frustrating when you have a problem and are in a rush to do things just following robotic in instructions. first I chose to get one Key instead of two by mistake, had to leave my family in the room in darkness while i was at the lobby. i got a deluxe room but it has three variants i got the worse one where it has three beds in a row. needed warm milk for my baby, it was impossible to use the microwave. then breakfast can only be paid in cash unless you book it in advance. our flight was soon so just decided to check out and leave to never return.

Great location to access Haneda airport and explore some Tokyo neighborhoods, esp the upscale Azabudai, and also local eateries. Tokyo tower proximity is a suprising plus, together with a park and a temple. Hotel staff not visible at reception but are in fact on site, friendly and readily available, at least when we needed them during check-in and check-out (automated passport scans don't always work). Would stay here again if flying to/from Haneda.

Nothing really.

breakfast times could be more flexible

Location is very good for everyone who landed at Haneda Airport and used Monorail to stay in Tokyo. You did not have to carry your heavy luggage along local train or subway in rush hour. Check in is very easy, just follow the instruction that you received by e-mail. Nothing. Everything is good enough for me.

Fun check in. I made a mistake, so needed to call for assistance which was quick (and human). Check out easy. Rooms clean and ample size. Very, very close to Hamamatsucho Station. 1km from Tokyo Tower, but easy, pleasant walk. Also 1km to Ginza, easy walk. Business style hotel, but the robot check in is a fun gimmick. We had 3 rooms and all were great.

I loved the robots, how clean my room was and the fact that they have amazing costumer service. They also have a machine that helps make packing a breeze. We loved it thank you!! Nothing

-Pretty much everything you need is there, even a vacuum packaging machine to save space on your luggage (cash only) -Not the hottest location for activities but you're less than 5 minutes away from the Yamanote line and the Monorail to Haneda airport. -Disinfection cabinet included in the room (cabinet and its instructions were only in Japanese) -Nice view from the window, at least in my room. -Mattress was very much not comfortable at all. Very thin and hard. -Some instructions were not very clear. One of them led me to believe I had to drop my luggage at the luggage storage, only to get there and read it's only for check in and out days. Or you were supposed to tap your room card in the elevator but not sure what it accomplished as I could use it without doing that.

The location and the direct train to the airport from Daimon Station. A bit pricey.

Nice location. Very convenient for Tokyo JR, fish markets, rappongi. We arrived very late about 1 am in the morning and were very pleased that there was a human to introduce us to the robots and help us check in. Tiny rooms well laid out. Good breakfast.
