Hotel MyStays Hamamatsucho

Very good location. Close to train stations and monorail station direct to haneda. There are kombinis, supermarket, drugstore nearby, also lots of place to eats. Also give free coffee for guests Room and some of furniture feels old, although they all functioned properly and well maintained.

Thank you for allowing us to keep our luggages on premise while went visited Osaka for a couple of days before we came back. Convenient location to train stations and Family Mart. Walkable sites and restaurants. Rooms were much too small for our luggages. Wish we also had food to order on premise.

It’s close to the JR line that makes it super easy to travel around using the subway. Plus plenty of restaurants around. There is a vegan restaurant just 2mins walk away.

Property location was very convenient to all the train stations, food and stores. Staff were very professional and accommodating. Ogata-San helped with my transportation back to Haneda Airport as promised. She was exceptional. None

The staff was exceptional. We had a break in our stay and left our luggage at the hotel. When we re-checkin, our luggage was already delivered in our room. It was very thoughtful for them to do that. The location is excellent but the room is very small with very basic amenities.

Great location, close to train stations, restaurants and stores. Great value. Staff did everything to make us feel comfortable, even shipping luggage to next hotel.

Everything was efficient, clean & staff was helpful. It was not a surprise, so nothing to dislike - the room and bed is quite small. So if you have big / lot of luggage, it can be cramped. We were out all day and needed a functional place, which it was.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The room is small but very cozy. Bathroom is also very clean. Most importantly, this hotel is very close to Hamamatsuchō station, that means only 20mins monorail from Haneda Airport. There are multiple convenience stores nearby (especially a 24-hour 薬局). In the past I always head to Big camera/Yodobashi camera but they open very late and closed very early. At this hotel, you can buy something in the morning then head to HND airport.

I like that the hallways were open air so the ventilation was great for non-smokers. The staff was very pleasant. If you do not speak the language suggest to use a translator app on your phone. Steps away from the Hamamatsucho train station which can take you to use IC trains, JR trains and subway lines. It is off of a major street so there were lots of restaurants to choose from. Suggest to bring cash (yen) since there are a few that take cash only. Steps away from the Zojoji temple to watch the Buddhist proceed in the temple and not too far from Imperial palace. The entrance was a bit difficult to find. I had asked a local to help me locate. Only indicator was the marquee sign but the door didn’t look like it opened as it didn’t have an entrance sign on the actual door. These were automatic sliding doors.

Room was clean and as expected. I have stayed here before and so it matched my expectations. Location was good, no complaints. Price was higher than I have paid in the past which was a little disappointing.

Liked everything. It was just a little hot in room, couldn't adjust the thermostat but we opened the window and it got cooler
