The breakfast buffet was delicious, foods of all kinds filled my stomach Ian minutes! The location was amazing, every landmark was just ten minutes away! The rooms were extremely small, small enough to fit only one person.

The location was a great spot to be in and you were so close to many train lines. The free breakfast a which I paid for was pretty good. They has different options though I got tired of them the second day there but overall great place to stay and worth the money. Room was big, location was great and they gave you things to brush teeth and different amenities Wish they made our bed though I was told if there are things on your bed it wouldn’t be made which is understandable

Breakfast could offer more fresh fruits and gluten free options too. Staff could be more attentative and warm. Check-in with a machine felt cold in a 4 star hotel. Our kids mentioned that toilet paper could be of higher quality.

The main reason we booked this hotel was the location, it was short walk to Ginza and close to the train station and many bakeries and restaurants. The laundry facility was close by as well. The room service was consistent and good. The hotel was on the older side, but relatively well-maintained. The beds were very hard and there was not much room for luggage nor any luggage racks available. The view was of a car garage and there was always a lot of noise in the hallway and outside. The bathtub was very wobbly and it seems it was not attached to a wall.

Price vs Property Breakfast Close to metro station. Not to much info about operation the registration process and staff with problems explaning it. ( kind of they dont know how to manage many people at the same time.

close to a mainline station and a subway station in a quiet area, very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was fine. Lots of good places to eat locally, and several supermarkets within an easy walk for the lighter bites. N/A
