The hotel was very central, close to the shops in Ginza. During check-in, the receptionist kept coughing - she didn't apologise or take the initiative to wear a mask (I felt uneasy about this). The room was tiny compared to similar hotels in Tokyo and the onsen was also very small. I don't think this hotel is worth its high price...

The beds were clean and comfortable. The rooms were very quiet and affordable. There is only one microwave and only 2 washing machines available. The dryer was full of lint.

Quiet location. Some restaurants nearby, but more is a manageable walking distance away. The onsen is nice. The breakfast had very limited choices. Not very convenient for Tokyo station as no train lines connect directly there.

Good location. Convenience store, subway, within walking distance. Coin laundry available and easy to use. Hospitable, helpful staffs. We left some stuff in their safe deposit. They sent email informing and confirming what to do. We asked them to keep it until certain date when we're going back before another flight to Sapporo. And so that's what happened. We collected those items without hassle and with everything intact. Thanks alot! Small restaurant, without in-room dining services. No designated place for smoking anywhere within the vicinity. Can't get a usual "all accor" benefits.

I appreciated the location, it was walking distance for multiple stations and convenience marts. The onsen was nice after a long day of walking.

The facilities were great. Clean. Great staff and spoke English. Location was very quiet. The room was decent for 2 people, but it could be viewed as small. We got the room with two twin sized beds. It was a little crowded with two carry-on sized bags. I don't think there was space to open more than one medium sized checked bag unless you did it on the bed.

The location of the hotel is not the best and not close to the center of activities and not accessible by public transportation.

The room was clean and facilities good. The bed was very comfortable and made for a good nights sleep. The pillows were particularly comfortable. The room was compact but great for a short stay. The roof terrace was a bit of a disappointment. Not quite what we had envisaged.
