Straightforward, clean, staff is very nice, there's a wash&dry option for a few hundred yens. Many metro lines around, well connected area. I couldn't open my window, it's probably a policy for the whole place, as I've heard other tourists also complain. Staff offered to open it for them. I didn't need to in the end, as I used the air filter & hummidifier they provided.

The location is near a Metro station which makes it easy to be mobile. It is within walking distance of the Ginza area and the Tsukiji Fish Market. The building is older, the rooms are smaller even by Tokyo standards. However the location is clean and quiet.

Good location and close to food and trains Stinky fish smell in hallways, clean towels were stored on the floor, staff weren’t welcoming except older Japanese gentleman, washing machines/dryer didn’t work well and clothes were tampered with mid dry

Nice clean simple hotel. Room that slept 4 of us in 2 twin/double beds. Had own private ensuite.about 10 min walk to the station then 20 minutes on the train to Disney. About 20min walk to Tokyo station. There was barely room to walk around the outside of the beds. 4x Suitcases on the floor also added to the reduced floor space available. Area was safe with a couple of train stations about 10 minutes away but there was nothing of note within a short walk.

Great room and a relatively short walk to Tokyo Station.

Location in Ginza was perfect. Always taxis available. Across the street from subway station.

OMG!! The room was a smoking room that was so insane smelling because you cannot open the windows! I feel like i smoked a pack of cigarettes and I do not smoke. They had no other rooms. I should have looked for another hotel but I had no time! Do not get a smoking room even if you smoke its so insane! Kinda trashy hotel too but good location. I think its for business men looking for “ fun” has that vibe. You get what you pay for. Staff is nice but hotel is gross Look above

The location is near to Ginza shopping district, around 10 to 12 mins walking distance. Transportation to Haneda airport via Asakusa subway line is quite close, around 10 mins walking distance(Takarach station, elevator on A8 exit) with large luggages. It provides microwave in each room. In addition the room size, the bed size is also small for 2 people. It's very difficult for 2 people to open the luggages at the same time in room.

We booked two double rooms for a total of four people but were given two rooms with one single bed each. After asking if we could upgrade to rooms which would actually fit two people we were told that they were fully booked, even though we saw that they had available rooms on booking. We ended up going to a different hotel since there was no possibility of sleeping here.

I don't particularly like anything. Smell of cigarettes from the air conditioning system. Located away from the subway station.

Individual air conditioning in each room, you can control what mode you want rather than central heating . Ideal for travellers who can’t tolerate heating mode only in winter. Good location, close to metro stations. If you have big and heavy luggage, better use exit 4 where the elevator is. Needs to work on some aspects of house cleaning. I saw moulds and stain marks in the drains and sinks. Also there were moulds in the water reservoir in purifier and the filter wasn’t cleaned or changed.
