Spacious and the facilities are sufficient enough for value. Wish there were more staffs at busy time around check-in, it’s just sad to see many people waiting at the lobby while there’s only one staff at the counter and the room wasn’t even ready.

Charged extra for early check in. I requested early check in when first booking and they said request denied. But when I turned up they told me on the spot I could check in early but would need to pay a substantial amount. I paid it, but they could of just let me in the room early for free. Apart from this everything was fine

Location is great, although not directly next to metro. The WiFi was good, cleaning once in two days (new sheets and towels) The air conditioner grill was dirty, chair almost broken, there was some mold in the bathroom.

We loved this hotel! The room was spacious, big enough for 2 people and 2 small suitcases. Also, the amenities were good, we could even use the coin washing machine and dryer. The shower and toilet where in the same room, which made the bathroom very spacious. Just 10 minutes walk from Tsukiji subway station and 20 from Kyoto station. Very recommended! Nothing!

It's a quiet and in a nice neighborhood. It's also 30 minutes from Disneyland and Ginza. The washing machine and microwave. There was a hole in the door, the TV was falling off the wall barely hanging and dusty. The air conditioning was dusty as well. The room is very small and the walls are thin.

Very close to train station, room is clean.

The location, the cleanliness, and the balcony Well I shouldn't complain about the size of the room since this is central Tokyo, only microwave is available in the lobby

Good location, nice staff, left baggage option after checkout. The room is tight with no extra space for bags and stuff. It was quite cold and there is no AC to heat it up a bit, only air ventilation.
