The staff was really kind and recommendation for tourists at the lobby is a good idea. There is not enough space for 2 person. They are literally renting 1 person room for 2 person, I mean we couldn't stand at the room at the same time. There is literally no space to move.

The shower was very spacious, compared to other hotels we saw online. We like the bed layout as well (we got the king bed room). Overall our floor (6th floor) was pretty quiet. Even with some construction going on outside, we were not bothered by it. The AC worked great but you can also open the window slightly for a fresh breeze. Location was great too, a lot of bars, food and shopping in walking distance! There is also a metro line right outside the hotel.

We found this hotel to be conveniently located and it had all of the amenities we needed. The rooms were very clean and every staff member we interacted with was exceptionally friendly. We didn’t find any faults or anything to dislike during our stay.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the space in the room felt meaningfully planned and organized. All amenities were of quality and staff were very attentive upon arrival for check-in. Plus that there are quite a few nice parks nearby to the hotel! Quiet neighborhood as well. There is a restaurant downstairs that has some great smelling food. Unfortunately, depending on which floor and which room you are assigned, its possible for sound from the restaurant to leak into your room at night.

Location was convenient! It was close to the areas in Ginza we wanted to shop at and also close to Tokyo Station. The room was very clean. Bathroom was a great size. The neighborhood was also quiet and away from the chaos.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean! English friendly. Can leave your luggage after check out for free as long as you pick it up that day. So close to subway stations and lots of food around. Short walk to main Tokyo area as well! All the things you need for a comfortable stay! N/A

The pillow and duvet are real comfortable. The check-in staff is super friendly. The location is good. With the special design, the seat for the table is a bit weird and the hallway in the room is too short, there is no space to open my suitcase for packing my own stuffs.

It was close to many rail lines, Konbini, and western shopping stores The neighborhood didn't have many restauraunts and seemed to get very quiet around 9pm. Also, the luxury shopping areas nearby were a nightmare during the day, however that is not the hotel's fault.

This was a total little GEM, and i mean the literal term, the building and entranceway was deceiving and surprising indeed. The room was excellent and comfortable, including the bathroom that was with the room. was everything I needed to use as a base for exploring, transport within 100 meters of the hotel, a convenance store also within 100 mtrs, The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful with everything including the breakfast that came with the room for the price. There is nothing to mention from this experience.

There were some issues with air flow in the bathroom - the ventilation could be improved as towels took a very long time to dry and there were mold spots on the shower curtain. The room is also quite small even by Tokyo standards, so if you’re looking to spend relaxing time inside your room, I’m not sure the small space accommodates that. We only came back to sleep so it was no problem for us!
