Location is confusing as there are 4 Appahotels in the same area. Always get lost when going back to hotel at night. It was a good thing there was 7 eleven near the hotel as a landmark The size of the room and no microwave inside the room

Good location, close to a subway station and also not far from the main train station. It's a 20 min walk from there. Room is very small but I imagine this is standard in Tokyo.

Staff were kind and helpful and the room was very clean. No laundry facilities or smoking area in the hotel or nearby, you had to walk 10-15 minutes which made it inconvenient. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable and felt heavily used which caused me some back pain.

We got breakfast one day which was a bento box style with lots of varied dishes, while the food was nice, we had no place to actually eat the breakfast so we had to sit in the lobby on the two chairs available, which is not ideal.

Easy check-in process. Great amenities in the room. Walking distance to the Tsukiji fish market. I was trying to book one room for 3 adults and they made us split up into 2 rooms.

APA has a great standard for a 3 star hotel, you always know what you're going to get. Except when you see "breakfast" included, you usually don't imagine a bento box. However, the bento box varied by day and every one was delicious!

Location was just perfect for us traveling to Japan for the first time. It was very convenient to access the metro transportation where we stayed. Room was small and so limited space for us to put our stuff.

Everything in the room is functional and I love that they were able to make that happen with a small space. I am not going to complain about room size because that is already a given in hotels in japan. I guess just the location is a bit out of the way. I know its not like too far away but I kind of got used to just being a ride away from my hotel. But its still a relatively good location.

This hôtel mis nest the Tokyo station, 15 min by walk, very clean.

You book an APA hotel because you want to experience it at least once. For how small it is, it is incredibly comfortable, cosy, and every little detail has been well thought out to maximise the comfort in such a small space! The staff were incredibly friendly, and held our bags for us (they even placed a towel under our bag so that it wouldn't get dirty!) N/A
