The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby was small. If there were a few separate parties wanting to check in, the lobby would be cramped.

APA hotels are already a guarantee for us. Small rooms but for a good price. Everyting clean, functional and a lot of personal care products. During this stay, one cleaning lady insisted to do our room, we get it, but she didn't care that one of us was in the bathroom and she still did the bedroom. As I said, the room is very small, but the size isn't my complaint. Is the fact that she entered the room in that moment and couldn't wait us for 5min. Also, I recommend adding more variety to your breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was exceptionally clean and cozy. Location is also a plus because the train station is very close and there are restaurants and stores within a short distance from the hotel. A small downside was the lack of a practical space to store our suitcases, as it was difficult to keep them somewhere easily accessible during our stay.

Around the corner from the library to work/study and enjoy multi-level terraces and Cafe I am a seasoned traveler and this hotel suited all my needs. Visitors from the USA might have concerns that hotel rooms in Tokyo are smaller than they are used to.

It was very clean. The staff were kind and polite. The location is close to public transportation. The rooms were on the small side compared to what is seen in the west, but perfectly comfortable.

Clean, friendly staff, quiet. A little bit of a walk to get to all the shopping but it’s a trade off for the price.

Very close to Hatchobori train station and made it easy to travel to other parts of Tokyo. I had a view of a small alley and the windows were a little bothersome to open

Close to a few train stations. Quiet neighborhood. Love the 4 corners of convenience stores (Family mart, Lawsons and 7-11). Central heating and room ventilation not very good. Not able to open curtains as opposite the hotel is an office where working staff can view into the room.

Staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Location was great. The bed was also very comfortable. The only thing that was a bit of a challenge was the size of the room. The room is very small but I believe that’s how things are here.

The location is convenient and easy to arrive by public transport/uber. The breakfast was spectacular, including eggs, salmon, salad, noodles, lot of options!! The room was great and there is washer/dryer machines in 2nd floor.
