Excellent value for money, close to public transport. A small room compared with Europe, but it is normal. Very clean and lovely pillows with different types of structures.

Close to the station and walking distance to art galleries. Breakfast room needs upgrade, chairs are dirty and worn out. Not much cleaning is done after the last group guests… Bed is small.

Location. Breakfast nearby with decent mix of continental and Japanese offerings. Front desk was very helpful. Tiny room for 2 people.

We had breakfast included and it was worth it. The buffet was fabulous and the cafe was lovely and charming as were the staff. The hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful, and I appreciated the free bath salts and face masks. We had two connecting rooms; the room and bathroom with two singles was bigger than the room with the double, but it was nice to have two spaces, otherwise, it would have felt even tighter than it was. The beds were okay--not as hard or uncomfortable as others. The hotel is right around the corner from Roppongi Station and all the shops you could need. It was a bit noisy at night but we were in the heart of the city so that's expected. I really feel like the rooms need a good once-over to clean the marks, scuffs and stains that were all over the walls and doors, and the dust around the edges of furniture. It just didn't feel overly clean and a good scrub would have done wonders. The bathroom curtain had a weird red stain that looked like blood, and the one issue we had, the front desk staff were quick to action it, apologizing profusely (even though it wasn't their fault) and hurrying to help us. There is no storage and the space is tight, so the hotel is better suited to short stays.

Directly at Roppongi station, Tokyo is at your feet. Staff was very helpful, great english, absolutely nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. The facilities were great, doing laundry and having a lemon sour was good. Room was smaller than expected, but it started to make sense over the week.

they offer a wide range of amenities at lobby, including face mask and different tea options the toilet has a weak scent of stench from time to time, i dont know where it comes from, but it's unpleasant when you do smell it. ALSO THERE IS CONSTANT NOISE, from the fan in the toilet (it's 24/7 and i cannot turn it off) and from the traffic outside. I guess the hotel room is not very sound-proof, so even at midnight the traffic outside is very noticeable. They offer earplugs at front desk - though i would prefer not to wear earplugs when sleeping.

Location was perfect, a 1 minute walk to the nearest train station exit. A lot of bars and restaurants around the area since it's right smack in the center of Roponggi. The room we got was in an odd shape. We expected a tight room since we booked a budget room and that this is the norm in Tokyo hotels, but the room we got felt a little bit tighter and cramped because it was an odd corner room.

Everything about it is amazing! The location is very near the train station. Rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious (enough for 3 big luggages and 2 carry on). Staff are outstanding! Very warm and helpful! I would definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to tokyo! There’s nothing to dislike in this hotel. Probably area to improve on is expand the laundry area :)

Good value. Safe, access to rooms requires a room key. Clean and comfortable. The trade for good value was the size of the space. I had been traveling for a month with supplies and the suitcases almost didn't fit in the room.
