Location excellent. Everything very functional. Breakfast limited choice but well done.

The room wasnt quite as pictured when booked and was smaller than we liked. Granted we are both bigger men. The room next to us had a better layout and seemed more spacious than our room but it was still a great place to stay

Although the room is very tiny, it provides all the functions I need. The room is very tiny and, therefore, it's difficult to move around and open the luggage, especially two luggages.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Super convenient location in central Tokyo and very close to bus and train station. 20-30 min walk to Tokyo tower depending on your pace. Property was clean facilities felt updated and I loved that water was replaced everyday. Bed was comfortable. Queen size bed for 1 person was perfect and had enough space for luggage. Nothing to say

clean overall but there was some black mold on the curtains in the bathroom (especially the shower)

Rooms look like they need a refresh. There is no real lobby other than some benches. Great location! Rooms are clean and have a reasonable size.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the middle of Roppongi. The room was clean and I love the massage chair in the room. The bath and shower was nice. We did not put any tag at door for services but front desk called us to make sure we got what we need. It was close to Shabu Shabu Hassan and it was reminiscent and clubs were all around the hotel and we enjoyed night life too. Our room was by elevator and not too high floor. I wished our room was away from elevator and higher floor like 15th floor. Everything else was great. All staffs were nice and friendly.

The location is super! Near everything including big stores and subway. Kaneko was the greatest staff member, and helped us with everything.

The room was super small but clean.

The competence and the kindness of the staff, the available amenities, the view from the higher floors and the location. The overall cleanliness of the bathroom (sink, toilet bidet and moldy lines around and behind the sink and in the shower area. The AC unit was directly pointed at the bed and without it the room got very stuffy very quickly and since the windows don't open we had to choose between the AC or sweating. Additionally, the room did not have any places to hang things like towels. The laundry display in the room TV did not correctly show the remaining times on the machines (most probably caused by the drying program to be not recognized as an active program), causing people to show up there unnecessarily, wait, go and come back.

It was a convenient location, close to multiple subway stations—great neighbourhood, not too touristy. The hotel was clean, the stay was comfortable, and there was a massage chair in our room. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would stay here again!
