Very close to Roppongi station The room was super super small

The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great. Facility was very clean.

The location was good and room is small but not bad Staff and the fact there is no cleaning service what so ever only change of towels once a day which they we’re problematic with

Amazing hotel. Right by two metro lines, very well localised. Staff was impeccable and nice always. They have free soft serve ice cream at the front desk for guests, I'd never seen that before. Highly recommended The room was small, but in Tokyo that is par for the course

Best part of this hotel was the proximity to Roppongi station. As well, there were a lot of good food places and even a Donki in walking distance. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy. Personally, I would not stay here again. I've been to Japan many times and I know the rooms are small but something about this place felt a little off. Staff were ok - half of the time I would walk by, no one was ever there and when they are there, they don't even acknowledge you (not even a hi, good morning, etc.). I was slightly cheesed at the fact that if you request even a 30minute late checkout, they add an extra charge. And I know this is out of their control but this place is NOT soundproof at all. For the 3 nights we stayed, we would hear nonstop sexy sounds in the hallway and in the rooms. Just a heads up.

Love its location. Has confident store just outside and dinner places. Train station is about 10-15min walk away. Rooms are tight as expected for hotels in city area of Tokyo. So expect this.

Only stayed one night so it was quick Tiny and dark

A pleasant hotel close to the shopping district and subway lines. Very central to everything you might want to do, easy to get taxis in the area. Rooms are very small, so be prepared to be up close to your room partner. There is little room for suitcases in the basic accommodation room, so pack light.

Zero amenities. No cleaning service. Towels left hanging in the door. No lobby. Extra charge to call a taxi and then you must wait outside. Tiny room. Extremely limited TV options.

The bath tub. There is one door to the closet, so the opening is small, could’ve added another door, so people can easily put more stuff in the closet. The walkway for their bedroom for 2 is small, not good for people with 2+ luggages. Most of the english youtube channels were not supported by the tv.

The location was not bad overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. We got the bigger room with the sitting area and it worked out great for 2 people. The beds were also comfortable. Ramen must try AFURI one of the best! None.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. The room was a bit small but with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the fresh scent of the linens. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The location was also ideal — close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it very convenient to explore the area. There is Family Mart, Lawson and ropponggi station, just few minutes walk. the space was small, enough space for 1 person with luggages that you can open. But for two people, can tolerate.

I stayed at another 3-star hotel for a similar price which had Onsen, thus, not worth the money.
