Nice location, weather was not great at the time. Ability to cast was good, but needs work. Some technical issues. You need a shuttle to Haneda, and other airports. Difficult for large parties to navigate the chaos. We had a large group all adults. Did not have an option for Double King or Queen beds. I guess our rooms are just too small.

I want to highlight the exceptional staff at the restaurant near the lobby. I ordered lunch and had been waiting 30 minutes for my main course (I was in a rush to the airport). I was actually ready to pay for my drinks/appetizers and leave, but they quickly brought out the main dish and insisted it be on the house. It was a lovely and touching gesture. Please extend my thanks to the restaurant manager!

Very kind. The concierge staff near the back door was so kind to escort us to the elevator when I inquired about the direction to Roppongi Hills. Non Japanese staff’s English proficiency could be an area of improvement. (Not everyone)

Very efficient and courteous staff. The Concierge was very helpful in guiding us to our destinations across the city. Exceptional hospitality was shown by Mr. Bishal Kumar, Asst. Manager - Fiorentina restaurant. We were surprised to get a clear view of Mount Fuji from our 17th Fl. room window. True bonus. Hotel was on an Eco-friendly drive which is fine. Their insistence that the guest should follow the drive was not very comfortable.

Loved the staff. Ever single staff member i encountered went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. I also loved the cleanliness of the facilities. The only thing I miss at this facility is an outdoor swimming pool. Inside pool is nice, but outside would be the icing on the cake. Also, overall the price is becoming soo high to stay at this property that even for business it is a bit much. If you could back the rates off about 10 to 20% it would be good.
