amazing price for the location, comfy room, comes with many free travel items inside the bathroom smoke smell, the doors are physical keys so you have to return it anytime you go out and then come back

Poor wifi.

Nothing at all. Really bad experience. Rubbish bags were right outside our rooms. The room was not clean, and the bathroom was the worst. It had a very bad smell, and even though we requested a non-smoking room, we were given a smoking room.

Staff was great but the accodation was very stinky with Tabasco smell.

All staff is very friendly and kind. Room is big and bed is very comfortable

The construction on the ground floor was very noisy to walk through, but I couldn’t hear it from my room.

Location was so convenient, right outside the train station exit and walking distance to laundry facilities, places to eat and things to do including the Tokyo City View. Very comfortable, clean accommodation.

Very hard to find- there is construction now and no signs. Even in the elevator, it isn't well marked. My room faced the street and you get heavy traffic noise day and night.

Location was convenient The room smelt of cigarettes (obviously a smoking room), the floor was sticky, lumpy bed and just overall a little iky. Wasn’t great, even for a basic room.

Very good service and everything made with the comfort of the guest in mind. The room smelled a bit bad. It is probably a smell of cigarettes or an old room.

Nice place, good and welcoming staff, nice room with a big clean bathroom. I love that Bluetooth speaker. I’m definitely going to stay here again
