Location is very central, convenient. Room was comfortable and very clean. I loved the bathroom, it seemed very new and also very clean. From the station to this hotel is only about 5 to 10 minutes walk and on the way there are many restaurants and bars.

This hotel was amazing, especially the staff. The family room was perfect for our needs and we really appreciated the complimentary coffee and breakfast pastries each morning.

Very very hard beds, limited space, and low quality features ( no tub, toiletries, no business room)

My favorite part was the 24-hour free water refill—a very convenient and thoughtful touch! The room was quiet and peaceful, and the housekeeping team was always ready to help whenever I needed something. The breakfast menu was a bit limited and lacked variety. It would be great to see more options added to the selection to improve the overall dining experience

The location was very convenient to various eateries and the train station. The beds were very hard; which was not what I expected based on the pictures. The rooms had very little space, so we kept our bigger suitcases under the beds to save space.

The quilt is too hot, so we asked for sheets too, and moved the quilt over to half of the bad so we could put the quilt on and off at night. Room pretty hot unless we left the window open.

I liked the location. Being able to walk out and walk to restaurants, train stations, and local convenience stores was helpful with children. The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. I adored that. Keep up the good work. The room that I booked was extremely small, but I managed. After seeing how they cleaned their items in the room was not a good look. But once again, it's hardly any difference from any other hotel. So, no huge deal, I managed. There are no other issues.
