The location is good for those doing business around Toranomon, Shimbashi, Ginza. Also good for tourists considering close proximity to Shimbashi and Yamanote train line. Room size and bathroom are adequate with decent size TV and comfortable bed. The per night price is very high considering the room size and facilities. I have stayed in significantly cheaper rooms that come with the same facilities or greater (no chest of draws / cupboard / safe in Apa rooms). I think this is related to Apa dynamic which depending on the timing, can be quite high.

Clean, organized, had all amenities that we needed Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Step up to washroom in a small space made it a little hazardous.

Restaurant food excellent. Room clean. Typical Japanese business hotel, relatively reasonably priced. I am a Texan The room was TINY. No closet, no where to put suitcases.

I was expecting a smaller room but the size was perfect. Super clean, the bath has a tub and a location near from everything you need.

the staff people was very nice The cleaning was bad. I was there 7 nights, only cleaned 2 times, BUT no vaccum cleaning, not cleaning the desk. They only changed the sheets on these cleaning. The room was very outdated and the window did not close properly, leaving a flow of cold air to enter all the time. The restaurant was never opened, only breakfast and you pay more if you just come in. You need to book breakfast in advance to pay less

The location is very good. The rooms are clean enough. Daily towel and toiletries are provided. The room is extremely small. You have no place to put your luggages. But then again, I think, It is a thing in Japan. Almost the whole hotel staff including the receptionists do not speak English at all. They do not understand and cannot find a solution to the problems easily. We couldn’t use our hair straigthener because of the different adaptor and voltage problem and they literally adviced us to use the hair dryer they provide instead. Can I just say wow? Anyways, this is their culture and understanding. We respect. They tried their best. They are really nice people in the end. You can go there considering these things. They are fun!

The staff was very cooperative to send my luggage to the airport. The checkout time was 10:00 instead of 11:00 and the staff was very eager to charge us extra so we rushed out. The payment machine had some technical issues.

The staff helped me send the samples of wine. They were not flexible at all. I wish they were more flexible. I would have been happier and the wines safer.
