Clean, extremely close to the station and only 1 mile from imperial palace. Big room and amenities Smelled like smoke in the hallways, elevator, lobby and the room was very bright in the morning

I had a wonderful stay at Akasaka Urban Hotel Annex. The location is excellent—it's right in front of Tameike-sannō Station, making it very convenient for getting around Tokyo. It's also within walking distance of several embassies, great restaurants, and famous landmarks in the area. The hotel is very foreigner-friendly. The reception staff speak fluent English, are always welcoming with a smile, and are happy to assist with anything you need during your stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly service, and comfortable stay. N/A

Internet connection is stable. No jump ups and downs. Speed was about 92 Mbps and about 110ms latency to US servers. Room was big enough to have suitcase fully opened out of the way. Bright looking room. No mandatory room cleaning everyday. No on-site laundry. Pillow and bed can be softer. There is ethernet cable connection for internet but interesting enough it had the same speed as wifi.

Location, location! We selected Akasaka Urban Hotel Annex because it was central to our planned destinations--we really lucked out! It was clean and modern, the staff friendly and professional, and the area was quiet, safe, and full of amenities. The building itself is across the street from a metro/subway exit that includes an elevator (great for luggage)! I can't really think of anything I didn't like. We knew the rooms were compact (this is Japan) and that the staff had limited English (this is Japan). None of that posed a problem for us, but if you're a stockier person, the bathrooms may be difficult to navigate across Japan in general.

The location was great, literally 20 seconds from the exit entrance. I stayed one night and the front desk staff was very nice and spoke great English. The room was clean and spacious, I had enough room to open my full-sized luggage. I cannot think of anything wrong, maybe the price could be less?

nice location, nice facilities, nice shower water!
-
Great location! right next to the train station eith elevator access to the exit.
-
Clean and easy. Nothing wrong really. Simple place.
-
How it was super close to a train station. The rooms and bathroom are a bit small but we were out and about all day so it didn’t matter too much.
-
It had everything we needed
-
The location is very convenient and the hotel is clean. Very small room for 2 people. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Communication system is very bad as they don’t understand English.
-
So convenient, in a great neighborhood. Right across the street from the subway train station. Two rooms for 3 people worked perfectly! Walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Great staff who were very attentive and accommodating.
-
Rooms are small but other amenities were all great.
-
Location is so good, 1min away of the metro station Rooms are the tiniest:)
-
quiet but lively area hotel is steps away from a station exit on the Ginza line and walking distance to Hie Shrine
-
The staff are very kind, and the check-in and check-out system is automatic and easy to understand.
-
Great location, very good service, reception was very helpful, especially after our luggage got delayed at the airport, they coordinated the delivery and it went off without a hitch without us having to worry about it. The room was just right.
-
Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Secure area with someone at front desk. Can't take the elevator without room key. The place is really not suitable for a couple. It is very VERY small. For the same price you can also book an airbnb that is bigger just not in the area. You pay a premium for the location.
-
Very close to train station. Clean and affordable
