The staff was very accommodating despite our last minute request.

We were welcomed warmly with all the details for self-check-in and everything went smoothly. I like the convenience spot, it's peaceful, and there's a lot of complimentary stuff like all the bathrooms and dental kits. Room is big enough for family of three (my 13-year-old daughter). None.

The location near the stations (Ueno, Okachimachi is near the Inn) was super. There are a lot of little restaurants nearby and Ameyoko market is within 5 mins walking distance. Fun for streetfood and souvenirs. Also Ueno park is 7 mins walk from the Inn. For us big fans of Haidilao were happy to find one within 5 mins walking distance. Lots of shops as well. Fubn to sleep on tatami mats. Friendly service. The temperature in the room was difficult to regulatem quite warm for us and no fresh air.

The location is strategic, very close to Yamato TA-Q-BINvery close to Yamato TA-Q-BIN, making it easy to send/store luggage. It's close to convenience stores, a few restaurants and the station as well. It has an elevator. The room is quite spacious even though we have already laid out 3 futons. The bed sheets are rough and uncomfortable on the skin. Don't have a washing machine.

They only give you one room key unless you ask for a second one.

We got a large room which is very clean and comfortable. My kids love the room. It would be nice if there were a hook in the bathroom for hanging a towel. It will be better if there is more space for clothes hangers in the room.

It was not a bad location The room cost 27,000 yen (booked 9 months in advance), it, had extremely low-grade tatami mats that were held together with staples/nails (learned from being stabbed twice), the bathroom was horribly cramped with no free space, and there were zero amenities or other services to even slightly make up for the high price.

This location is excellent for the price. We had a group of five people.And while it was difficult to use the bathroom with five adults the bedroom was nice. We were able to fold up the futon and put the dining table in the middle during the daytime.When we wanted to hang out.

The property is great location, it’s for everything. But, it should be better if the property has a washer.. No washer on the property.

Location and complimentary ionized drinking water in our room. The hotel didn’t accept our Visa and Mastercard, which was not very convenient.

It was a great location .they call a Taxi if you need one.

The facilities really weren't great. Our room had water stains and smelled like mold. Just didn't feel like a nice building. There are better options in the area for the price.

A comfy place with a tatami floor, the staff are pretty nice; they helped me throw out my broken shoes.
