Beautiful and fancy, extremely clean, great and perfect location. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable could’ve used a little more space to store my pajamas.

Staff was extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help me in a few situations (Losing my backpack, helping with weighing luggage, luggage storage, etc).

Location: 5 -10 min walk from metro/bus station. Efficient check in/out Breakfast with limited choice. All food looked like taken from a pouch and mixed on the spot. Not worth the money, specially there are places to eat just outside the hotel.

This is the second time i went to this hotel, and it is close to the metro station. Despite mixing up the dates and arriving 1 day earlier, the staff was helpful and I was able to check-in 1 night earlier. This time I wasn't lucky with my room and got probably the worst one on the corner close to the metro railway. That room, on top of having terrible window soundproofing (which meant that you'd hear every train passing every 5 minutes to 10 minutes), was also located next to the service door connected to the outside (this meant that you'd hear the cleaning staff moving stuff multiple times during the day up to the evening, and when they kept the door open to bring stuff or chat, it would make the noise of the railway even worse). Better soundproofing might fix this issue...

Good location and access to JR was easily, also close to many stores and restaurants. Very loud, especially throughout the night, you can hear the train rattling from all rooms, even after requesting a more quiet room we had trouble sleeping at night. It would stop around 1 am and restart around 5 am so there was very little time to get a deep sleep in. There are several other APA locations that I have had a better experience at.
