I didn't like the fact there's only one washer and dryer unit for the entire hotel. There's also no efficient system to where you can enter a digital or even a written que to use the laundry. You literally would have to wait on site in the que.

Excellent location

Location to Metro is Great The room was tiny. Consider using a smaller bed, to add more space to the room.
-
Location is convenient and everything is close by None

Staff could use more smiles while servicing. They looked grumpy.

It is in a great location next to Tawaramachi station, very close to Senso-Ji. They have a hot tub on the top floors with showers. Very clean, great service. Very small rooms. There were only two washing machines, laundry service was bad.

Rooms are too small
-
Convinient and cheap. Small rooms about that’s to be expected.
-
Very nice hotel with an onsen
-
Shower curtain smelled... better to change to a new one.

So narrow

The rooms are tiny but worth the price. Hot water running, with adjustable pressure, multiple lighting in the room and AC works great too. I would say 2-3 nights here is okay, specially if you are traveling as a couple. For singles, I can see a longer stay. Location wise its ideal! Walking distance from a lot of restaurants, shops, coffee, conbinis etc. Bathroom is tiny but functional.

It was so close to the subway and a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The staff were weirdly aggressive, unlike what we expected.

Location and Onsen Only two washer dryer

Standardized. The onsen needs to be updated.

The bed was nice! Me and my friends got 3 sequential double rooms (group of 6). And as we had plans together the bathing timings were similar. 2 out of 4 days we had bath with cold water for 15mins - coming and going... The first day after my call for the reception they sent the staff to my room that said to me "you are the only room complaining about this" I then retried and it worked. When the second time happened (on checkout day) the receptionist told me "I can't fix it right now, please use the public bath". One of the worst experiences I've had with hotels.. We probably were unlucky, but the way that staff tried to solve the situation was at least anecdotal. Thanks but no thanks!

Very good location (Just a few meters from the subway station), with great bed linings, cold a/c and a hot shower without temperatura variations. The staff is polite and helpful, but the high guest quantity may make them a little bit cold in their interactions The room is very small (similar to almost ALL japanese hotels in this price range), but it's lack some space to storage your thins. Compartiments under the bed or some shelfs could resolve this problem without the necessity of a bigger room. The room is only cleaned in the third Night (but you can ask for daily cleaning), however, The bed linings ARE only changed very three days. The late check-out fee is expensive (2.000 ien per person, per hour). The pillows where very cheap.
