Having the styler in the room when traveling for 3 weeks was everything we could have ever asked for. The location was convenient to explore Asakusa during the festival and surroundings areas. Great experience overall!

Location, close to G line There is NO staffs to help. The hotel hallway is very dark. Feel like live in Motel. Room carpet is dirty/ stains.

Great location walking distance to Tawaramachi station on Ginza line. Family Mart on the ground level accessible by internal elevator. Laundry machines on certain floors and laundromat across the street. Rooms were good sized and rooms cleaned and amenities refreshed daily.

I thought staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great quiet location and is a great place to stay after long days out. I felt the pillows were a little uncomfortable but that’s really it

Convenient to the train station, nice variety at breakfast. Lots of bath amenities. Staff is very helpful. Roof deck with nice views. The beds and pillows are hard, but they let us have extra pillow when we asked. Rooms are quite small but that is normal for the area.

The hotel is in a good location, close to metro, has a convenience store at the first level, it is quiet, clean and the breakfast is good. A very good facility are the lockers for the luggage to use before check in and after check out if needed. Great! The scale in the lobby helps a lot as well. Maybe the lobby it is a bit dark for our taste, but this did not affect our experience there. A thing to improve may be adding some chairs on the roof terrace.

This is always my go to when I’m visiting Tokyo! Very clean in a great neighborhood two blocks from the subway station. Convenience storesright downstairs.

Great location, minutes walk to subway, shopping and great food. There was some issues with the online check-in apps and the virtual front desk. However, the service representative was able to help me to rectify it right away. Great professional service.

Nice location, clean comfortable room and reasonable rate. Many restaurants in area. Close to senso-ji temple. Convenience store next door Automated checking wouldn’t scan our passports. Had to summon staff to complete checking in.

Everything about the hotel was great, except breakfast was a complete waste of money, we eneded up not having breakfast after the first try, it is basically Indian lunch at breakfast, unless you are able to eat that for breakfast, I would not waste money on it, there are numerous coffee shops and bakeries with fantastic pastries , also teo family marts and a 711. This was my only cpmplaint, everything else about the hotel was great. Breakfast for sure. Whatever is not Indian, was not eatable.
