In a good location and cleaned well daily Room is tiny, breakfast wasn’t good and I would rather have a cheaper package to not pay for it, made me pay extra to have a second person which was strange.

Staff greets you everytime you arrive and leave. Free breakfast everyday. Clean towels everyday. So for those are coming to this hotel. Leave your towels at home. None

they impose a 1000 yen fine if you check out beyond 10AM. They should at least give a grace period of 1 hour.

Breakfast and location was really good, close to several metro stops The beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. They only give you two towels and charge you extra if you need a towel for your child. Apparently their policy is not to provide free towels to children under 13 even though they are clearly part of the booking. You also have to pay for slippers unless you want to use the communal ones.

Great location! Stations were near and easy to reach. The staff were very helpful and bice. The breakfast was delicious.

It was good for the price. Has bigger beds than other low price hotels. The beds were quite hard. I felt like i was sleeping on the floor. Also the AC hits you in the face.

My worst experience in my fifth visit to Japan, the bathroom smelled terrible and the sink clogged most of the times. I asked for a change of room but the hotel said it was not possible. However, booking.com compensated me even though they could not reach an agreement with the hotel.
