Location of the hotel is great. Accessible to Ginza line which is superb. The mattress was a bit soft. Dressing mirror too low ?

The location pin on Google Maps gave me a headache; it is incorrect and I had to look for the entrance for a very long time; turns out it is behind 7/11 which is on a different corner of the building.

Good location, 7/11 nearby and amenities are free to grab. Room is SO small. The smallest I’ve ever been in and I feel like the pictures are deceiving.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location, right next to a 7/11, and about a ten minute walk from everywhere we wanted to visit. The room was small, but clean and just what we needed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating!

The staff is so welcoming, the room has everything for a comfy stay, there is a 7-Eleven in the corner, a metro station within walking distance, and a laundry and smoke área in the 9th The room always smells like cigarette smoke when you enter it.

I love how convenient this hotel is. Amenities are available for pickup on the first floor, and there’s a convenience store just around the corner. It’s also great that you can leave your luggage at the lobby. Nothing negative from me.

The location is convenient. The staff are friendly. The room was clean and quiet. The bed and pillow were a bit too firm for my liking.

Great Location & Convenient Stay I really liked the location of this hotel—it’s in a quiet area but still super convenient. There’s a 7-Eleven and Family Mart just nearby, which made grabbing snacks and essentials easy. The metro station is also very close, making it simple to get around the city. Overall, a peaceful and well-connected place to stay! , Expected to have a little space than usual.

I didn't see options for breakfast, but I'm not sure if it was there. It was very convenient, there was a laundry mat called coin laundry that was right there, and a 7 Eleven convenient store was right around the corner. There were some decent restaurants nearby such as a good Chinese restaurant. Train stations are at a good distance.

The room was a little bit small. Hard to have a lot of luggage in the room so please note to not have Large luggage if you are staying at this hotel.

This is my second time staying here, and I like the convenience it offer. It's close to stations and popular tourist's attractions. I like the privacy it offers and how quiet it is. I also appreciate how they provide daily necessities like clean towels and robes, toiletries.

The staff was really friendly. The bed was comfortable. It’s a 5 minute walk from Tawaramachi Station, and 20 minutes from Seensō-ji.
